Mat Care

Do this a few days before attending a class

Front load washers work best.
But a regular washing machine or bathtub will work.
**Make sure they are clean from soap or softeners residue.

Wash mat in any type of temperture water.
Add oxy clean or baking soda. NO SOAP OF ANY TYPE

If you have top load washer watch it during spin cycle so it doesn't get
caught underneath agitator.

Once washing is complete, make sure the mat is not dripping water.
If it is hang over a chair until it stops dripping.

Place in dryer till dry.
It will be hot, hang over chair to cool.

You may need to dry it twice.

Only wash when new or when mat is dirty.

And Let Go.
